At times I plan out my entire day the night before or in the morning - rarely do I post them as I eat; I don't really like deleting and adding here and there so I make sure to stick to what I have on there and hold mysef accountable. lol :)

you're right, before Insanity after I reached my goal weight I would just walk or do some kickboxing.

during my weight loss journey my weight didn't really fluctuate much if it did it was only about 1lb But what worries me is continuing the weight gain.

I lost around 50 pds and yes my boobs do sag now and I am even more worried about my body image than I was before. My breast were a 40DD and are now a 32D sometimes C and I hate the way they look but my partner still like them - the one thing that makes me extra crazy is losing my butt - I'm flat now and my mother points…

Yep, I was monitoring my calories and watching sugars, sodium, etc and of course exercising - I worked out A LOT. I don't work out as much as I did but I used to work out everyday 7 days a week and once I started reaching my goal I dropped my workouts slowly to just 3-4 a week.
