  • 5'5"- I'm 159.3 lbs and wear a size 10 pants, some size 8 dresses. I've never really been smaller that 150 lbs in my adult life so I'm not sure where I'll fall either. At 150 lbs I was a size 8/10 in pants. Goal is 135 lbs and a 4/6 in pants.

Keep your body constantly guessing what's coming next as opposed to a predictable pattern. Try HIIT, crossfit, or another high intensity workout if you do the same thing all the time.   • I really like a lot of the luna ones, but the ones I like aren't the "protein" ones. I love nutz over chocolate. I also eat the carrot cake, iced cinnamon raisin, and peanut butter cookie ones. I started eating the caramel nut brownie ones but they're probably my least fav now.
