i did my first day of level 3 last night and i love it. i was drenched and sore and felt great:) lol

i didnt do thirty day shred the last two days - due to many many many hours of yard work at a friends. I really am considering not doing anymore days or level two and just going to level three and doing it for 12 days instead.

im on day 19. im at the end of level two ...which i hate. but im looking forward to level 3. my boyfriend is constantly complementing my butt now haha. i can def. tell a difference in my stomach and arms. im probably going to add in level 1 and 3 in my daily routines i enjoy the video a lot.

i can almost fit in 12s again my 14s are getting loose, my bike shorts fall down when i do cardio now! and my boyfriend i think subconsciously is starting to be more attracted to me. he tends to attack me on a more regular basis haha and im starting to really like how my butts looking

yeah you need a certain amount of carbs just not a lot. but i feel MFP estimates way to low or way to high. 1200 is to low you should def up your intake i think and just find what comfortable for you

im 192 and 5'4 and it started me at 1300 and i got down to 1200 and started binging bad after losing 30 lbs and i was maintaining but not losing ive recently added strength training and cardio and i upped my intake to 1410 for a few weeks and i gained a lb or two so i downed it to 1340 and i have lost 2 lbs and feel good…

im 5'3 and im pretty sure ill never be below 150 if i can even make it to that lol. but my goal is 160-150 im 192 atm. my lowest ive ever been is 170 and i liked there but i think 150 would be good.

i would get it removed you can always work on your legs and upper body without standing on your feet. but there is no reason for you to be in pain because what if the pain gets worse and it hurts your working out. it could go both ways.

I measured today after finishing and everything is pretty close to the same except for an inch here or .5 in there but i lost 7 inches on my stomach! (around my belly button) which is insane. ive also lost 2 lbs. this week.

i dont mind her. except for certain parts. but you can change the settings to just music and no talking. and it was super annoying watching her lips move and only hearing music so i just turned it down enough to hear when i change stations and listen to my music on the pc
