I'm in. Just returning in the last few weeks, and need all the mama-love I can get. I have a 2-y-o little boy who is the light of my life, and want another, but I'm just too fat for it to be safe for either of us.

Ditto to all of the above!

I'm pregnant with my first, and I'm very overweight... I need to lose at LEAST 35kg to be even close to a healthy weight. My goal is to be fit enough to give birth safely, and for my baby to be healthy. I want to make sure I'm not stressing my baby by undereating or cheating both of us by overeating. Any idea what kind of…

Yeah I tend to just deal and force my bladder to do likewise... our sessions are only 90 mins long so at worst, that's how long I'd have to hold it.

He is 6'3" and I'm 5'3". We weigh exactly the same. *sigh*.

I do, and I have lost a chunk of weight. The doc has said to me that my fertility has almost doubled, because my body is under less stress, and my ability to carry a child to term has improved dramatically as well! The hair ... um... honestly I haven't noticed any difference there, but there are other things, like…

I've got an adorable little elephant between my shoulder blades. I thought it hurt rather a lot actually. More than my other ones on my lower spine and thigh, but that being said, it was nothing a little deep breathing couldn't take care of. First session ever was 3+ hours and the last hour was exhausting but I'm so glad I…

ANYTHING. It's 10am and I have been awake 4 hours and not eaten... one of my problems (I have many haha) is that I struggle to choose food... dunno why. So until I figure out what I want to eat, I don't. But man am I hungry.

I wholeheartedly agree! I mean, they are TOO skinny, TOO long etc to look like they are intended to be realistic. But don't deny that we all want long slender lines in our own bodies. Long lean muscles etc. As characters, i.e. something totally unrealistic and fantastic, they look wonderful in a Burtonesque way.

Sounds like a pretty good way to injure yourself and completely wreck your goals to me.

DO IT DO IT DO IT!! I'm running 5km tomorrow, aiming for 45 minutes, and I'm at week 6 of C25K. I bet you can

I'm obese. I'm 36.8BMI. I started C25K 6 weeks ago. Tomorrow I'm running 5km for the Bridge to Brisbane. It's my first public race and I'm terrified but really excited too. I know I can do it, I've been training and I run 3 times per week, I do abs and other stuff 3 days and rest 1 day. You're never too big to start, but…

THAT!! But I love running and boxing and weights (although I'm not allowed near the last two at the moment, since I have a shoulder injury

I guess it depends. I am sure if you wore a floor-length dress, that would hide the calf, and draw attention to your awesome waist! I personally look horrendous in skinny jeans, because I have short, stocky legs and a long curvy body - I'm much better in skirts and fitted shirts to show off my upper half!

Grease. I ate a seafood platter yesterday that was mostly fried and it was just disgustingly oily. It appears I no longer enjoy oil in food.

Thank you so much for all the advice and support everyone! It's so lovely to know that people are experiencing the same cravings and BEATING THEM! Even if we don't ALWAYS win, to win most of the time, or even some of the time and keep on trying is what's most important I think. I'm touched that so many ppl are so awesome!

I have a few for my teenage brother who I am living with. I don't tend to eat them, because I don't actually like them. But damn I like chocolate and I'd LOVE some right now! Of course, I'm not going to have any, but I wish I could kill the cravings, because I know if I allowed myself, I could just sit and eat and eat and…

So that I feel like I'm someone worth marrying. I wouldn't marry someone who was as self-destructive as I was, drinking too much, smoking, taking drugs, eating crap constantly. If I was a man, I would want to marry a healthy lass who loves life and wants to LIVE it, not watch it walk by. Someone healthy enough to bear and…

Forgive me MFP for I have sinned. I confess daily and am particularly honest in my confessions. I frequently make myself exercise more than I had planned to, with the precise intention of feeding my ice cream addiction after dinner that night.

Yeah my sister and I get the same thing, and it is mostly to do with how we use our feet. We have a horrible habit of putting the weight on the ball of our feet, rather than evenly distributed across the foot. The main thing stopping us from fixing it is the simple fact that it's EASIER to go on your toes, and uses your…

Talking to my beloved about a New Years' Masquerade Ball with a swing band and a menu featuring Bison!

Awesome, printed for me and my sister

Why is that a problem? You're only going to get hot and sweaty anyway, it's a gym, not a bar or a catwalk, or even the local shops! I prefer that to some of the tarted up creatures who don't do impact because it will upset their latest 'surgery'. There is this gym near where I live that is like that. Damn I ran faster AWAY…

Thank you everyone for some great advice. I'm doing my best to raise my calorie burn above the 600/day mark now, which guarantees a minimum 1800 calories. Still less than I'm being told to eat, but better than no change at all.
-
Thank you for that. I am still confused about things... on further investigation it looks like they plan on me burning something like 700-800cal through exercise per day. I'm not saying that's impossible, but I DO know that at this precise stage in my fitness plan, I'm routinely burning 500-600 and that leaves me exhausted…

I have really long eyelashes fringing green eyes and red hair... Love that!
