Did that a few hours ago! Stopped at the store with no list, and this was what I had at the end: hommus (Special K crackers to go with it!) yogurt strawberries rice dried fruit veggie sticks I usually start by looking at what's on sale. :)

Thank you all for your help! I will say that, up until I bought the shoes, I was actually running barefoot. I switched over because my doctor said I needed more support for my knee. Barefoot running lands me on my heel too...
