First session done! It wasn't bad at all. It helped that the weather was perfect - 70 degrees, low humidity, partly cloudy, light breeze. Definitely started on the right path!

Are you restricting too much? If you under eat, you'll be starving later on. If you try to "make up for it" the next day and restrict, you'll be starving. Try moving your goal up until you can find the level where you don't binge, get used to what that feels like, and then slowly start cutting again.

I think it's getting easier, but I definitely have to take a break between exercises and didn't at the beginning, so maybe I'm wrong about that...

Maybe skip the push ups. You don't want bruising. I once put a Christmas tree out for pick up the day I gave blood, and my whole forearm bruised.

There are so many things to say. 1) When you start eating a new way you lose a lot of weight quickly and then level off at about a pound a week. I "stalled" after a month, added 250 calories daily, and lost 4 pounds that week. It's very possible you're eating too little, your body thinks you're starving, and it's holding onto the weight. I would suggest that you increase your calories.

I'm starting C25K on Monday. I'm not sure which of the challenges will kick my butt worse!

Crunches are the easiest for me. I had my wrist reconstructed last fall, so push ups can get painful, and I'm recovering from tendinitis in my Achilles tendon so I haven't done squats or lunges in ages. I had some serious DOMS this week, but I'm getting up to speed again.
