Small goals might help. Go for one day binge free and drink lots of water. Re measure after a couple good days of no binging. I find that my belly bloat goes down so fast once I commit to eating normal. I have not binged for three days in a row after a long streak of binge days and I can already tell my bloat has decreased…

Thx for the replies, ladies. I have been doing well since I came to this group. I am 300 over in calories today, but not the result of a binge, just because I decided to have dessert at DQ after dinner. Hoping I can get it together long term too!
