Of course, others will use your goals/success as motivation to start themselves. Yes, there are definitely those that are "odd" about it. Comparing diets/exercises/events/results with yours...but don't let it get to you. Be happy that they are doing something for themselves, even though their motivating factor may be…

Use what they are saying to prove them wrong. Work out 5x a week and show your bf that you don't have to workout 6x/wk to lose weight. Keep a healthy diet and share all your meals. With your mom, try to be a role model for her. During vacations, opt to share funnel cakes and go for walks...or some other healthy…

agh, i know what you mean. it's like..i'm only eating 1 oreo..is it necessary?? but so true..we're only cheating ourselves if we don't log in the stuff we ingest. Ugh!! let's get on it. we can do it!

I use a vanilla flavored milk. I buy the plain quaker oatmeal and put about 1/3-2/3 of a cup size into a bowl. I pour in some of my favorite frozen berries...any will do...I fill up the bowl with milk until the milk is covering the oatmeal a little...put it in the microwave for 2 minutes...stir...add a banana for protein…

You can do it if YOU really want it bad enough. Before giving into the temptation, think about the benefits of it. If it's only a temporary benefit, say no. In the long run you will thank yourself for refusing it. It's definitely tough, but with the right mindset and the right environment...you will be able to pull through.

Yes, I recently ran a half marathon in May and am signed up for another in September...I just need to get back in the "zone". Thanks for all the tips! Much appreciated!!
-
What a great idea! Will do, thanks for the tip :)

Awesome! Good job!

Aghhh! So much easier said than done. Must not resort to leggings or all else will fail. Lol.

Once I pass the first 4 miles, I'm in for the clear. I have no idea why it takes me 4 miles to get in the zone...but that seems to be my mark.

Trust me, if he was truly "into" you...he wouldn't be hanging out with his ex still. No matter how close they are. End of story.
-
Have you ever heard the "Oh, you're just big boned." Um...really?? No I'm not. When I die and someone comes to dig up my grave, trust me...they won't find "BIG" bones.

It's definitely intimidating at first, but just take your time with it. You aren't going to be able to do ALL of it your first time. Take breaks and be proud of your accomplishments. Don't focus on what you "can't" do yet, because sooner or later you'll surprise yourself. Enjoy the process and stay focused. I've tried many…

I did the 60 day insanity program last summer and even when I was at my most fit, it STILL kicked my *kitten*. That's what is so wonderful about it. It's not easy, even for those who are fit. I mean, look at the individuals in the actual work out dvd. They are dying with us as well. Keep it up!!!
-
Add me! I'm 5'2" as well! Trying to stick to 1200 cals is killer, but hey we can do it!!!
-
you look amazing!
-
Of course! I have a "weekend food fail" every weekend as well. It's not good.
-
Awesome! You will love it and see results in no time if you keep at it. Tough it out and stay strong. Push yourself to the limit and you will soon be amazed!
-
Have you ever tried insanity? It works wonders!!!

I don't know anything about Phentermine, but I know what you mean about being in a "rut". I'm in a rut right now and am realizing that I am the only person that can get me out of it. I've been thinking a lot about this body that I've been given. Treat it like a temple because you only get 1. Embrace your curves and strive…
