I started counting calories and run class in January 2013. I attend run class 3 days a week and do ran walk interval 3min run /1min walk. I changed my eating habits as well. I only do cardio at this time. My current calorie goal is 1200 calorie per day.

Thanks for your support! In my run class we do 3 minute ran and 1 minute walk intervals. I will continue onwards! Just thought I would see more changes on the scale. I was wondering if I was doing something wrong.
