I sweeten with pure maple syrup (little goes a long way) and add chopped walnuts and/or cinnamon.

1) Baby carrots with FF sour cream & Trader Joe chunky salsa dip. 2) Sensible Portions Veggie Straws. 38 straws 130 calories. 3) Skotidakis Jalapeno Greek Yogurt Dip. 2 TBSP 60 calories with either of the above. I find 2 & 3 @ Costco.

FF salsa (I use Trader Joes chunky) and FF sour cream mix. About 35 calories.

I think it's all about the calories. I continue to lose without that much caloric burn just less overall calorie intake. I probably burn 200 - 400 per day through exercise. I've been told that vitamin B-12 boosts metabolism and energy level for some people. Good luck and try not to get discouraged.

IMHO I think you should concentrate on calorie deficit to start. Introduce mild exercise like yoga (I use the WII fitness), exercise ball and calisthenics. Then when your ready apply a more aggressive exercise program. My guess is that you will not give up the others.
