I added sodium to my food diary and was shocked how much I was consuming daily. Going on a quest for lower sodium. Doesn't look like it's going to easy. Not doing this for any medical reasons. Just realized the amount of sodium in most foods is insane. Also, it appears if I can achieve my goal, weight loss is assured.
I mix 2 tablespoons FF sour cream(25 calories) with 2 tablespoons of FF salsa(10 calories) for a dip. Carrots, cauliflower, snap peas, etc.. All are great with it. Really helps when I need something until my next meal.
