I've stopped running a few times due to shin splints. I make stuffed peppers with quinoa, ground turkey, onion, garlic, eggplant and a little bit of tomato paste. You could follow the same recipe with chicken!

I try to not eat anything after 8PM and I usually go to bed around 10PM. If I get hungry past 8PM - which I do every night! I drink water or have some tea (decaf). Good luck with your weight loss! :flowerforyou:

My weakness is ice cream and it doesn't help that I can literally walk to Dairy Queen!!! My family and I counted the steps one day it's was about 100 steps from our front door to Dairy Queen...soo good! LOL

I've made chicken cordon bleu with laughing cow cheese and it's delicious! The best part about laughing cow cheese is that they have so many flavors!!!

I also drink a lot of water to counteract the effects of too much sodium. I wasn't aware of potassium - good to know!! :smile:

I also heard that cold water helps with your metabolism because your body has to heat the water but I drink mine ice cold because I think it tastes better!
