True you can not spot fat reduce without a medical procedure BUT muscle burns fat and I believe also increases metabolism. Many people have been successful at changing their shape through a consistent workout plan along healthy eating habits.

I find that drinking only on the weekend really helps to keep it under control and keep the calories, sugar, and carbs at bay.

Both beer and burgers contain a ton of calories and the burgers have a ton of fat and limited nutrients as well. I say definitely on the avoid list. I am whole food plant based too. As long as the carbs are whole foods...not processed like oats, qunioa, and sweet potatoes you should continue to lose weight. You get plenty of protein from especially black and kidney beans.
