New & would love some support.

Hello everyone : )

I am generally a healthy person, I am very active and am fairly fit, but limiting my caloric intake is a daily struggle. I have tendencies to binge, and those tendencies have been getting worse by the day. It is affecting my digestive system negatively (it was messed up in the first place) and making me feel lethargic, besides making me gain weight. My willpower alone doesn't seem to be enough, so here I am, I'm sure I will be able to get my food issues under control now, I just think I need that tiny extra push.
