I did get 2 books on audio. I teach high school (boys :bigsmile: ) so I figured I may make use of the time in the car and listen to one or two of the novels.

Okay I just looked up mashed strawberries in the database and it says one cup mashed strawberries has 2g of carbs. Any idea what I am doing wrong?

I have been there. It is extremely difficult not to let a cheat turn into a binge. Not sure if this helps but what i do is try and figure out what it is I am craving and google or try and come up with a substitue. For example, if I want chocolate I will eat sugar free chocolate pudding or if I have a taste for pizza I will…

Also, once I have it set at the calorie intake and food raito I want, do I add in and/or eat back calories exercised? That part of the equation always confuses me.
