I walk on the treadmill at a 6.5 incline and I see people talking about %incline. Would 6.5 incline be 6.5%? Thanks!

Help! 13 hour drive and I'm going solo
HI. I am driving from Chicago to Virginia tomorrow and I am looking for pre-packaged ideas for my trip. I will have a small cooler on the seat next to me. I dont want to eat junk the whole ay and regret it when I get there. Any help wouild be greatly appreciated!! Thanks!

Thank you all of you for your posts. This sight really does give me hope. I also give a tremendous amount of credit to those who post pictures because I am not there yet and it really does help me. Question on strawberries
I dont understand why three cups of mashed strawberries are something like 6 to 10 carbs and a cup and a half of fresh strawberries is 27 carbs. Since it is going in a protein smoothie I am just going to mash them from now on but I dont understand the big difference in carb count. I would appreciate it if someone could…

Modifying MFP??
I changed my calorie count to reflect 1650 total which is my TDEE - 20% so that I can lose weight. I am also not logging my exercise and calories burned from exercise because my TDEE already takes that into consideration. I am 5'4", weigh 165 and want to lose 35 pounds. I have read EVERYTHING I can about calculating my BMR and TDEE and as best as I can calculate my BMR is 1450 and my TDEE is anywhere from 2200 to 2800. I am 5' 4" and weigh about 165 and I would like to lose about 35 pounds. I teach so I am on my feet a lot more during the school year than in the summer but I still walk on…
