Just realized I did the wrong workout yesterday. Whoops! It was supposed to be HIIT 15, but I did Fire45- oh well. I am taking tonight as a rest day, was going to go with a weekend day but, today is it for this week at least. TOM has me run down. Think tomorrow will be better, though. Okay, here goes: Chest: 42 Waist: 38 Hips: 47 Biceps: 14.5 Quads: 27 Calfs: 16.5 Rounded up on Biceps, quads and calves. My left side on all three are always slightly smaller than the right, yet my left foot is always bigger than right-go figure- I need a V8!

Does anyone do a different rest day than Wed? Not sure if it makes a difference with the way the program is set up?

Just did my second workout..Fire45...love it! Burned 379 with the 10. Being still new, thought this was good. Sweat my butt off...always do when it's a Chalene workout...love it. Once I repeat the routines a couple times through, I will be great. TJ was awesome stepping stone to this.

Yes, it is confusing...the nursing home part - my grandmother is 90 and not in a nursing home and ate a pound of bacon every day that she shared with my grandfather...She works part time at a nursing home and does all her own laundry and cooking. Agreed. You can't go the rest of your life without eating something that is not quite perfect. If this is your mindset, you are setting yourself up for failure. Not many can eat perfectly clean 100% of the time. I have been here before and gained all the weight back and this is why I am here. Good luck!

My son hit me with a golf club on the backswing when he was six. I blacked out briefly saw stars. He broke my nose, broke my cheekbone, I lost all feeling on left side of face including no feeling in teeth. There were bone fragments in my nerves.
