  • I take zinc also. There is a brand called Zand that tastes pretty OK. Make sure that you get the ones that have 5mg of zinc instead of the 2mg. Make sure that you continue to take them when you start to feel better. Hope you start to feel better.

  • If you are sick it sounds like water retention. I always gain weight when I have a cold and am not exercising. Once I am better I am back to my current weight. Work on getting better and then worry about the weight.
