I've put a raw egg in a smoothies before but never on it's own. I have tried raw oysters and they weren't that bad, once you get over the lugie sensation. If you like eating raw eggs, go for it!

Why not start it today? I have always failed when I say "I'll run tomorrow" or "I'll start tomorrow" If I say "I need to run today" I actually get out and do it. Best of luck!

Agree! I usually don't eat back my calories unless I do a long run. When I did my half marathon (I burnt over 1400 cals) I ate back around 200 cals.

I am a runner (man I love saying that!!!) and I run two days and take a day off, run two days and take a day off. You really need to let your body recovery or you will most likely hurt yourself and than you won't be running for a while. Listen to your wife and your body.

Start with Warrior Dash. My husband and I have a client who did Tough Mudder this summer (he is a hard core athlete) and it took him almost 5 hours to do it. He said that anyone who wants to train for it start running up hiking trails. It is supposed to be incredibly hard but it looks like a lot of fun!

Use a gentle leader on her. We have a cane corso who was terrible on lead and I used a gentle leader on him and it worked wonderfully. If she pulls it will pull her head back around to you. Just make sure that your body has had time to cool down on its own before you jump into the pool. If you are really hot and jump into the pool it can cause your heart to stop. Every once in a while you hear of people who are in a sauna and than go into a pool before cooling down and their heart stops.

Drinking your weight (in oz) in water in a lot of water. Please be careful. You can kill yourself by drinking too much water, it will throw off your natural electrolyte balance and the effects can be deadly. 8 cups a day should be plenty. Watch your sodium and carbs. If I eat a lot of sodium I get really bloated.

Put your alarm clock across the room so you have to get out of bed in order to turn it off. Once you are up get dressed and get going. Your body will adjust but it'll take some time. Go to bed an hour or two earlier to make up for getting up earlier.

Your treadmill sounds really high. The one that I run on at the gym says that if I run for 60 minutes at 5.5-6 I burn around 700-750 calories and it pretty much matches MFP. Try walking on another treadmill and see what it says.

I'm with you on this. I wear a sport's bra and a tank with a built in bra. I was to the point where I wanted to tape my girls down. I wear undies with my running shorts. I have tried to go without them, but it makes me subconscious and ruins my pace.
