I can't believe how rude people are! I honestly think that people are so rude because it makes them feel good about themselves. good for you for not letting it have a negative affect on you! I applaud you, Sir!

Sure, why not? Most women retain water when they have their menstral cycle. I usually "gain" 5 lbs when I am on my cycle. But it falls right off when I am finished.

Have you asked him what is going on? Tell him how you feel and that may open the gates for more communication. I agree with hbrittingham, see if you can go with him to his therapists. Or maybe you go by yourself and talk to the therapist.

You have to realize that the dogs didn't choose that life, their owners chose it for them. Sure they may look tough but get to know them and you will find that they have some of the biggest hearts around. We had to full blooded pitties. Karma was a breeding ***** who's owner went to jail and the wife left Karma outside…

You are one of the ignorant ones that makes owning a pitty a tough job. Sure they aim for your face, WITH THEIR TONGUES! Saying that pit bulls "always aim for your face and neck" is like saying every Middle Eastern will try to blow you up, or every black person will rob you, or every white person is white trash. Please…

YES!!!! I have had three. Two have passed from cancer and we still have our pit/germ shep mix. They are one of the best dogs. My husband (who is a vet) has always said the most dangerous end of a pitty is the tail.

I usually stretch my legs quickly(ham strings, quads, and calves) and than go. I have never really been a big stretcher. Find what works for you, everyone is different.

Welcome! Don't worry about slip ups in the beginning, it happens to most of us. You will learn over time to avoid the slip ups and it will become easy. Feel free to add me as a friend.

The problem with anti-acids is that you stop your stomach from making the acid that it needs to in order to digest the food. This causes your stomach to make even more acid and it soon becomes a revolving door. Ask your doctor about Sucralfate/Carafate. It coats your stomach but doesn't block the acid production.

You can absolutely do it! I have one in a couple of weeks (the most I have done at once has been 8 miles). I have been running two days on and one day off. So far my schedule has been : 5 miles 6 miles day off. 6 miles, 7 miles day off. 7 miles 8 miles day off. You will have plenty of time to get to 13.1 miles. Keep at it…

You can add me as a friend. There are some days when I feel the same way. Sometimes for me the hardest thing is putting on my running shoes. You can do it!

Really watch your sugar and sodium intake. Drink more water throughout the day and try to cut down on the snacks. If you are going to have a snack eat veggies or fruit. I like yogurt with fresh fruit in it. It takes about 30 days for your body to get used to change. You may want to measure yourself instead of weighing. You…

I usually run 4-5 times a week. I run two days and take a day off, run two days and take a day off. I also do P90X Ab Ripper on my days off or if I can't run on my run days.

Would you open up your food diary? That way people can see what you are eating and possibly offer up some helpful info.

I completely agree with you!!! The one I hate is "You live in Colorado? Does it snow all the time?" Me: "No, you moron. We have at least 320 days of FULL sunshine each year!"

Colorado girl right here! Love it here :)

Get out into nature! I have always hated running on a treadmill or on a track. Find a trail at a park, put on your headphones and just start running. I love to listen to Podcasts when I run. It keeps my mind active and the miles go by pretty quick. It takes a good 30 days for your body to get used to a new workout routine.…
