Heart Rate Monitor. I love mine. Got it at walmart. You can set it up with your height and weight. It was worth it in my opinion. I ahve a sportline.

I weigh in on Sept 1st.. My goal is to do the following: 1) Walk at least 1 hour a day 6 days a week. 2) Lose 8 lbs in Sept. 3). Work out to Jillian 5 days a week. :happy:
