I have been attending a fitness bootcamp 3x/week for almost 2 months now and I absolutely love it. It's not about keeping up with everyone else, but pushing yourself a little further each time. What I have found is that the people that go to bootcamps are generally very supportive and will cheer you on.

I gave up cake, alcohol(even though I get free alcohol from work), soda, and fast food. I didn't feel like I HAD to give any of that up, but why fill myself with empty calories when I can load up on things with more nutritional value...? It isn't rocket science

Some of us...especially us noobs don't really know any better. I just started last Wednesday and I was by both MFP and a nutritionist that I should stick to 1200. I admit, I have gone under, not massively under, but it wasn't like I told myself, hey, let's under eat today.

I just started with Herbalife this past Wednesday. I was really worried about being hungry, but I found that wasn't an . I've been doing a shake for breakfast and lunch, sensible snacks(fruits, nuts, vegetables, yogurt...etc) and end the day with a sensible dinner. SO far it's been awesome. I feel great.
