looking for anyone who follows bodyrock.tv or Zuzana in ZWOW? Both are compressed HIIT type workouts available on the internet. They are compressed and dont require large amounts of time.

Hey there. I haven't checked those out, but I do use the HIIT methodology. I may have to check those sites out. Right now, I am using workouts like the following (today's workout):
Set 1: (Done in 60 sec intervals, 45 sec intervals, 30 sec intervals, & 15 sec intervals. No rest other than movement between stations and resetting the timer.) Judo situps, pushups, Muay Thai Knees (right leg), Muay Thai Knees (left leg)
Set 2: (Same interval lengths) Burpees, karate style punches from low horse stance, pushups, elbow strikes
Set 3: (Same interval lengths) Pushups, squat kicks, one hand pushups (right), One hand pushups (left)
Finisher Set: Tabata set of burpees & tabata set of pushups0 -
I do bodyrock. Haven't had a chance to check out ZWOW, but I am sure it's awesome.0

I just started doing Bodyrock. I have completed 5 days in the May 30 day challenge. Those 12 minutes kick my butt. I am really loving it right now. I have not done ZWOW. I think I will stick with Lisa-Marie for right now!0

I did nearly 3 weeks of the 30 day challenge earlier this year in Spring on bodyrock.tv - it kicked my *kitten* and I loved it, but I found Lisa Marie's workouts too chaotic and convoluted, so I started making up my own exercises, intervals, etc. Then I stopped altogether and started taking an interest in ZWOW instead, however, I haven't started yet. I love Zuzana - she started bodyrock and so I feel I should stick with her instead of Lisa-Marie, who's a bit of a newcomer (plus I don't like her as much anyway).0

I have been thinking of doing bodyrock or Zuzana in addition to walking/running on the treadmill.0

I did BR back when Zuzana was still the main girl but stopped after she left (HATED Lisa-Marie) and then got into the ZWOWS after that. I took a break for a couple months and I plan on going back to doing the ZWOWS tomorrow.0

I love Bodyrock.tv I found it on Pinterest and try to do the ab workouts. I just wish they did them with you instead of showing you on and right on to the next. I feel like I could do better if I wasnt worried about pausing it.0

I just did my first one last night. I did the fit test for May's 30 day challenge. I don't like that the challenge isn't laid out for you...like all the videos together. So I went through some of the videos and found ones that will challenge me but I know I can do (such as no equipment needed). My plan is to just do various videos and write down my scores so I can compare when I do that same one again.0 -
Currently doing ZWOW. LOVE IT!!! Just wish I could wake up in the morning to do it so I can also do it in the evening! But That's just cause I am pushing myself to the extreme.0

Hmm, never heard of ZWOW. I have done bodyrock from time to time. I really enjoyed it. Right now I have been working out at the gym, but I plan on adding some bodyrock workouts when the snow hits and I can't get out.0
