It looks like you definitely don't need the cardio machine; sell it. Keep the Bowflex for a month or two. If you use it, great. If you don't use it, sell it.

Suggestions would be hard because we can't see your journal right now. For this type of question, it is best to make that viewable by anyone (at least long enough to let people give you feed back).

Thank you for brining an educated opinion to this discussion.

Some people eat 1200 calories a day because their TDEE is only 1520. So... a 320 calorie deficit; 0.45 lbs a week loss; TDEE - 20%. Also, your body is going to use calories no matter what you eat. It adjust to you level of fitness, and to some extent nutritional intake, as to how it uses those calories. Most marathoners…

I am 24 and need friends that will interact. I don't officially log my food and exercise, but I do keep track of everything in my notes.

I love my Moving Comfort "Juno" sports bra. It has a racerback and adjustable straps! I am a D and this bra feels, looks, and works great. Edit: the VS sports bra that looks the same absolutely sucks. I never wear mine if my Moving Comfort is clean.

Do you really want to build up one group? Or do you just want to tone up? The research I found says this: "Body part splits work well for those who are near or at maximum growth and need to bring up lacking parts - like higher caliper bodybuilders." - Bret Contreras M.S, CSCS

I remember an interview with Nicole Richie many years back. She was still heavier, and they photoshopped her skinny, with long legs, a big butt, and large breast. She knew the breasts and waist line were not hers, but she wasn't sure if everything else was hers or photoshopped.

It depends on your goals. If it is strength, quick warm up, lift, cardio. If it is training for a running based sport (running, soccer, field hockey etc), quick warm up, cardio, lift. If it is really just for overall weight loss, go with what works best for your body. Try each for a month and stick with the one that feels…

. That is very true, and a big draw back.

It is funny your choice is between those two. Zuzka was the original person on BodyRock. Then they broke up, and she moved on. So, the main divide in choice usually comes from people that are divided over their split, or at least in the case of everyone that I know. I personally like BodyRock's older videos with Zuzka in…

I do love me some pistol squats :)

This guy actually has heavy lifing videos! Also, he was a speaker at The Fitness Summit which makes him a credible sourse in my book. Thank you so much.

Do all plates fit all barbells? Mine is a set from the Firm, like 1990s. Lol.

I will look into those. Thank you!

Weight loss does not help. However, I found that a good 90% of my acne is due to food allergies.

I got the 7 over the 4 because you can replace the batter at home on the 7. If i remember my research correctly, 30 dollars to replace the batteries for their devices. To me the long term cost and ease ( not having to be without for weeks) won.

Another thing to add to the weighted squats would be inclined cardio. There is a sweet spot for targeting your butt. On my treadmill it is 13% incline.

My one dog was a slow weight gainer. She started getting into and eating things we would leave in her sight. Turns out she has a thyroid disorder. We put her on medication and had to be very strict with her diet; no more people food, all meals measured.

I have stopped trying to log my walking, jogging, or running in MFP. It tends to double count my calories untill about 35 hours later. Plus the MFP estimate is overly generous on what it expects me to burn for the remainder of a day. Example, Sunday is done; I burned 1988 calories for the day. I last synced the fitbit at…

I am 5'3" my real goal is 17% to 18% body fat which is approximately 117lbs for me.

I stopped recording over the holidays... Thanksgiving through NewYears because I thought it was "impractical" with all the traveling and eating food that was not in the database. Then it just took my pants getting too tight for me to start back up again.

I have reached my goal *most* days. This is really helping me rack up those Fitbit badges.

I am in!

On youtube: Blogilates, BodyRock, and Zuzka light (zwow). The second two are much more intense.

How do you do this? I thought the timer on the fitbit was for sleeping. How do you log driving?
