If you like choclate that much, and you cut it out cold turkey, you are setting yourself up for failure when you have your chocolatey cravings. Why not work hard during the week, and reward yourself with a predetermined X ammount of choclate on sunday or saturday? Just don't go overboard, and this way you can lose weight…

I work hard on my diet and exercise regimen during the week. I cut myself some slack on the weekends. Plan for your Sunday and enjoy it.

Denny's and Wendy's both make ok salads. i tell them to not put salad dressing on it, and just give me some lemon slices to squirt on top. Dennys also has a low(er) cal selection like chicken sausage, egg beaters, etc.

In about 18 months I've gone from mens size 42 pants, to buying a pair of 34's last night...I'm 5' 11" and about 197ish right now. I got tired of people at work clowning on me for my oversize pants. I could probably wear 32s, but I feel too self conscious about my butt...I still think like a fat guy that needs to wear…

WHUT? Not sure if serious?

24 hour fitness. Overall, I like it...I'd give it an 8, and I would recommend it to anyone. Pros: Around $300/ 2 years when you get a membership from costco. It's open 24 hours...most of the members are pretty nice, the staff is pretty nice and accomodating. There's a lot of freeweights, but not as many as i wish there…

I was sad my baby Alex got sent home : (

Everytime I hear stuff like this, it makes my 24 hour membership seem soooooo much better in comparison...even if you consider all the busted cardio machines that never get fixed. I might check out a planet fitness and maybe drop some weights on the floor or something gangsta like that.

You are going to have to find the strength within you to go down a different path than your family and get better foods. If this means you have to get a job to buy the food that will help you, you are going to have to do it, if you want to reach your goals. My family somehow always manages to bring chips, cookies, and…

I.ve lost like 50lbs plus, and I'm in the same boat. My hands and feet are always cold, and before they were always warm. It's gotten better in the months since I first removed most of the fat, but I'm still cold most of the time...and I live in Los Angeles. I would much rather have this problem, than my butt not fit in…

I don't think much of her, but the contestant Alex on the Biggest loser is really attractive to me...and if she loses some weight, oh man.

Because food tastes good and we're intrinsically slobs with no self control.

Normal. At 5' 11" 195lbs (more or less) I'm usually the "skinny" one in the room.

I havent had cable since 2004. I have an antenna which gets plenty of chanels here in LA, but really I just use TV for background noise as I fall asleep...and to watch biggest loser.

I use brazilian butt lift.

"Stones" is stupid. Use lbs or kg.

DO YOUR THING!!!! It's awesome that you are encouraging good habits in young children.

Honestly, it sounds cruel, but I'm sick of people asking me the "secret"...do I eat weight watchers? do i take akai berries/ slim fast/etc? i hate when I tell people the trick is to do more exercise and eat less bad food, and then their eyes glaze over like they don't understand.

Not bigger, but too damn big. Of all the freakish muscles that develop quickly, why couldn't i have had monster triceps or pecs? I thought my calves were just fat, but no, they are big strong field plowing, cotton picking, horse training muscles.

I have a "hybrid" or "fitness" bike or whatever. I've been riding again for about 9 months. My legs are stronger, but my thighs are unfortunately fairly thin.

I can only offer my anecdotal personal experience...i was sick for a week, and didnt exercise..then I went on vacation and ate like a pig - pizza, fried chicken, etc for a week...i was doing lots of walking, but still not getting full workouts on, and eating poorly. i went from 196.5 to 202...after getting back in the…

I would say eat as clean as possible, cut out the junk as much as possible, get some light exercise in, but weight isn't what you need to concentrate on right now.

You'll benefit without going all the way down. I couldn't even hold myself in the pushup position about 18 months ago..i think I can rip off 100 pushups with decent form now.

God damn...mine was 72 when measured at the doctor's two weeks ago, and they said that was perfectly fine...I'm a 41 yo man, 5' 11" 195lbs, fairly active for the past year .

A two year membership to 24 hour fitness is about $300 when purchased from Costco. That's like $12.50 a month. They have a bunch of free zumba classes and a bunch of other stuff women like. They also have a decent selection of free weights when you realize how much better they are than the machines...and you can throw the…

No, your boyfriend is just weak.

EVERY SUNDAY...immediately after my sunday morning workout, sometime between 7-9am.

Completely off topic...but even though I live in Southern California, I work around sooooo many people from England, that I knew what "winge" meant....CHEERS!

Some a-holes posted on the first post I made, and it pissed me off. I blocked their *kitten*...but after that, i realized I didn't really care, and if someone posts something I don't like in response to something I posted, it doesn't bother me anymore.

Your husband is right to desire a much lighter you. 160 is too heavy for 5' 2'.
