YES....I finally signed up with a nutritionist and she says that you must drink water. The rule has changed though. Whatever you weigh...divide that in half. I am experiencing the same thing. Everyone says don't worry about it. More than likely it is water. But I have lost inches. Did you measure yourself? Maybe you're loosing inches.

I think it depends on what type of doctor you are talking to. My cardiologist says he wants me to weigh 130lbs but my general doctor says 150lbs. I am 5'9". After all is said and done I think we should be at the weight we feel best at.

Hi Taryn, What I did is put up a picture of me when I was thin. With a "you can do it" message. I also have a picture of Matthew Macaunahay -- LOL. That is a great idea about putting notes in the frig. I will try that. Thank you.

Hi, I am experiencing the same thing. So what my doctor said I was to make sure I eat 5 to 6 small meals about every 3 - 4 hours. This is suppose to keep your metabolism up.
