Sounds weird but I love this...add curry powder to taste and Branston type pickle fab on crunchy crackers or jacket potato wedges.

My understanding is that during a three day cycle the body burns fat, fluid builds up and it flushes out by day three...good news. So depending when you weigh yourself weight will vary. Don't be discouraged.
