No.Why would I want to work as hard as I do everyday to lose those calories only to eat them back?Kinda negates the whole workout doesent it?What is the purpose of working out if your just gonna eat back what you just burned off.No thanks,Im trying to lose,not gain.Everytime I eat them back I gain.

SW 234 CW190 first goal 170 After I reach 170 I will decide if I want to go lower.Im 5 foot 7inches. If I do decide to go lower then 150 is my ultimate goal.

I dont eat them back.To my way of thinking,if I workout two hours a day to burn calories why on earth would i want to eat them back?Whats the point in that?Some people think you have to eat every calorie this site gives you,I dont agree with this theory.Good luck in your journey.

At 6 this morning one hour of the firm cardio sculpt,later this afternoon,one hour of body sculpting and weight training.Just my new normal everyday routine.

I do the old firm workouts,from the 80's.Google firm body sculpting basics and firm low impact aerobics.They are tough but really effective.

MFP set it at the info I put in.What do you mean by eating back my exercise caloreies?I just finished my workout,after I logged it in it said I earned 606 calories,what is that?Should I eat an additional 606 calories?

Me to,I guess no one does them anymore.But for me they are the most effective I have done.
