I use "My Fitness Coach" for the Nintendo Wii. I've been using it since I started losing weight and it's my main (and pretty much only) source of exercise. It's a really great fitness game and I'd recommend it. You give it your measurements, then for every 11 workouts, you update it with your current measurements. You can…

Very motivating post! I'm trying not to eat back my extra exercise calories too, and I've been pretty good staying within my goal, sometimes I've went over, but hopefully I can pull that in further. Good luck! Crossing my fingers for us all. I haven't decided my exact goals, but when I do, I'll post (:

I'm making positive changes not only to my body, but to my mind as well and I know if I give up, I'll fall down and I'll probably not get up for a while.

You're so lucky, Northern Ireland is pretty much cold all the time. Christmas or the Summer. Haha.

I have 31 pounds to lose, so I'll join you!

I started my MFP on 16th June, but I'd started to get fit and healthy on 24th May, and since then I've lost 15lbs. Some weeks I would lose 3lbs then for three weeks I would maintain and since the middle of July I've dropped a pound and half then three and a half pounds and then a pound and a half.

15lbs so far (:
