I used to have a nice hour glass figure but you can't tell so much anymore as i have a bit of flab left over from having my 2nd child :(

Beer is so full of cals, maybe drink something else? I love a pint of lager but its ridiculous how many of my daily cals it uses up :( so now i drink rum and diet coke.
