I pre log most of my day since I pack my breakfast and lunch for work the night before. That helps me plan my dinnr and snacks since those are more spontaneous.

I exercise in the morning before work. It helps me wake up, sets a healthy tone for the rest of the day, and I get it over with early on so I don't have to think about it anymore!

You have to just lose overall. My face is the first place I notice a difference though!

I've made this before and it turned out great! I used Diet Dr. Pepper for a chocolate cake. It comes out super fluffy and light. It's fewer calories per piece than using eggs and oil but not calorie free. Just use the dry ingredients calorie info on the side of the box.

I've been having breakfast for dinner lately. Over easy eggs with a little bit of cheese on an english muffin. YUM!

Scubagoil-You need a barbell, which comes with the package from Beachbody if you don't already have one. A step is optional. I don't have one but I think it might be helpful with the chest track.
