1762 with 632 left over due to exercise non workout days my limit in 1650 so only 90 ish cal eat back after the exercise (i dont like to eat back to much as unsure how accurate the burn numbers are on here as u cant adjust the what lvl u did stuff at )

eat minimum 1200 not under make sure u set ur activity lvls right with mfp they say under 1200 starvation mode starts to kick in

most will say the egg white are great try limit the amount of the yolks u eat as the cals are in the yolk so egg whits omeleets and such are fine but i am no expert sure some ppl will say lots diff to me

i thick lol even that kinda confused me as if i go by that i need to eat 2000 cals thereabouts and that seems awful high for me i struggle eating 1200 and not sure if i class as sedentary or light

how much water do u drink ur body tells u ur hungry even when u thirsty drink a min of 2 litres aday i drink 4 when able :bigsmile:
