Wow..great job! Yes, you are right...when we are short, every pound does show...for someone 5'7", 140 lbs. may just be the perfect weight, but for 4'11", 140 lbs. is a lot for your body to handle. My stats are similar to yours...thanks for sharing!

I first started the 30DS on 6/11/12 and ended it on 7/10/12. I did the Shred and ate 6 small, balanced meals on a daily basis. BrianSharpe, thanks for your response. I just decided that I will do 3 of the dumbbell exercises from the website and not order the entire program. I think that will be sufficient along with the 30 Day Shred workout and 30 minute daily walk that I am already doing. Thanks again for your input.
