YesI am the same way! To be honest I've had an off week were I've been eating out and things, so yes I've been consuming more calories than usual, plus a little less exercise due to the lack of time. I think It's just a case of carrying on with it and being healthy plus exercising more.

I've given up so many times as well and I know how you feel but you just ahve to keep thinking of the outcome. Spo when you feel like pigging out just think a second on the lips is a life time on the hips! Therefore your already thinking of future outcomes lol :P

I'm 5 ft 3 and 133lbs, and wanting to be lean to. I hate seeing people the same height as me and so much slimmer and just better body. My goal is 116lbs whatg is yours?

Hey, I like that your wanting to lose weight and eger! :) I suggest you do cardio circuit training it really gets your heart going and loses the calories and make syou feel good :) Love Jenny xxxxxx
