TDEE-20% for activity level, it's set to working out 5 days a week. I'm a nanny and try to work out 6 days a week, but 5 days is more accurate.

I have the vivofit too, but I'm not understanding how the calories burned works. It's saying I haven't earned any exercise calories, when that past 3 days in a row, I've been working my butt off, and I don't earn anything. So confusing.

UNWANTED backlash.. I'm saying what works for me. If I ate all carbs, all day long, I would not lose weight. Thanks everyone! I will be getting a food scale, and paying much closer attention to my portion sizes. I'm sure they're off since I almost never measure my food, so hopefully that will significantly help! Thanks so much.

Thanks so much for the advice. I'll be paying better attention to my portions. I don't think logging is my issue, I like seeing it all laid out in front of me. I am starting today. My sister in law saw awesome results! She never said anything about a plateau, but she also takes seriously unhealthy steps to lose weight.
