I agree with this. Try eating back at least some exercise calories(especially for cardio). When I exercise a lot I always eat extra. Try eating more protein and if it doesn't work you can always go back to 1200 but I have heard from several sources that if you eat at a large deficit for too long, you will keep metabolism…

I know the feeling. Don't worry about it, just get back on track and maybe lower carbs and drink more water for a few days(I am really going to follow my own advice as I went totally mental the past few days myself!) Best of luck to you. Keep trying. Some of it could be water weight!

I am just about at my goal weight now and everyone is telling me I don't need to lose more weight. But I am more concerned with toning. Could you get on one of those Tanita Body Composition Analysers? I joined the gym this week and they put me on this(like a scales with a printer). It works by putting a current through your body(don't feel it) and measures how much water you have. So its not 100% accurate but its a start. Muscle holds more water than fat…
