2 months of eating crap!

I was doing so so well with my diet. I lost about 11lbs eating healthy and exercising...then I blew it. Big style.
For the past 2 months i've eaten everything and anything. Today I had eight slices of bread. EIGHT!
Knew i'd have put weight on, its impossible for me not to have. Didnt want to weigh myself because I knew i'd be upset.
I gave in and weighed myself today - 7lbs on!
Feel like crap. Tomorrow i'm starting back on Slimming World as it seems to work and is the easiest for me to stick to.
I just have to remember how I feel right now every time I feel like eating something I shouldnt.

That's right - get back on the horse! You can totally do this. And, remember, that some of that 7 pounds is likely water retention - lots of carbs do that to me too.0

If you have eaten anything and everything for 2 months and put on 7lb its not that bad. It could have been worse...you could have avoided the scales for more than a year, ate buckets of ben & jerrys and put on 3 stone+- But you didn't do that. You are back in action now. You know what you have done and although you have gone back a bit, you need to move forward now.
This journey is never easy- but YOU CAN DO IT! By posting here you have accepted that there needs to be a change so start afresh and you will get there!! It is possible to lose 3 lbs in a week if you work out and keep to 1200 cals plus exercise cals.
You can have the 7lbs off within a month. Good Luck!0 -
Thanks guys. The support on here is great.
I wish you all the success in the world with your journeys too!0 -
its a journey, and a hard one at that. as the other said- 7 lbs isnt the end of the world. just remember how good you feel when u are in control- and get back on the horse (and dont have a "last supper" style dinner tonight!)
this fall was hard for me. i gained 20, yes 20 lbs in 4 months due to a buying a house and moving along with stress eating at work almost everyday during a really high tempo couple of months (12-19 hr hectic days). ive lost 12 of them, and i still have the other 8, along with an extra 17 to go. its a process...but we will get there!0 -

I realise this will probably come across as negative or unsupportive, but that's just my take on it. Good luck.0
