  • I eat rather healthy and have this problem. I can eat a meal full of beans, seeds, fruits and veggies and no matter how much I eat, I don't feel as full or satisfied as I do having bread or starches of some sort. Cheese seems to satisfy me too, but I've cut that out and yogurt doesn't help keep me full at all. Protein in…
  • Reginald D Hunter - Definitely check him out! Louis CK George Carlin I also love Kathy Griffin, but I don't think she's on par with those three.
  • I've been mixing it with Insanity and TurboFire for about a month now. I LOVE this workout - it's probably my favorite of the bunch. The Muay Thai (sp?) video was a surprise to me, I've never done any sort of workout like that and wish I could find other videos similar to it. It was my workout today and the 40 minutes flew…
  • I really enjoy Black IPAs. I think the difference is that they have similar characteristics to an American IPA along with flavors like caramel, chocolate etc... that are prevalent in black ales. If I were to see just an Imperial Black Ale, I wouldn't expect it to be anything like an IPA. I find them really interesting.…
  • Russian Imperial Stout has to by my favorite type. Nothing like chocolate/coffee flavors with such a full mouthfeel. Really love the Siberian Night and Stone Brewery's versions. I also really love Belgian Strong Ales. Dark/pale etc... Only just getting into IPA's. Oddly enough it was the Stone Ruination that made me…
  • Beer and catching up on the Biggest Loser. :D
  • Your condescending attitude isn't doing much for your argument. You should provide some evidence, otherwise it's a baseless claim. Saying eating calories above 1300 = excess is just funny.
  • Spartanburg/Upstate SC here!
  • I LOVE BEER. I love Imperial Stouts above all others, but really enjoy black IPA's, Tripels and wheat beers. I also can't stand how many calories are in the beer I enjoy. I think it's because the alcohol content of ones I enjoy tends to be above 7%, a four pack is 1200~ calories most of the time.
  • The ridiculous "Men/women - what do you think of..." "How should women act on a date?" OH MY GOD. It kills me.
  • Uh, can you read? I wrote that you can be healthy including it in your diet, not that the food itself was healthy. Goodness!
  • Some people don't have adverse effects from eating fast food for one meal a day. No one has said it's healthy or even a good choice, only that it's one that keeps many people in check on their diets. Clean eating is OBVIOUSLY the best choice for anyone, and no one has debated that. Posting this article was pretty…
  • No one has said fast food is good for you. No one, not anywhere has anyone posted that.
  • The majority of people I know drink the regular and assume it's completely healthy. I love the unsweetened in cereal and smoothies but when it comes to drinking it plain (which is how I mostly consume it) I have to have a bit of sugar in mine. It just tastes bland to me for some reason.
  • The majority of sweetened ones actually do have a large about of sugars. It's best to buy the unsweetened brands and sweeten them yourself. You can use honey dates/agave/honey or you can use pure maple syrup like I do. Just about a tablespoon per every 4 cups.
  • Sick and wrong? Say what? That doesn't even make sense. People using the "Other animals don't drink others milk" argument are making me laugh. What animals enjoy almond/rice/soy milk? I mean really. Anyways, Almond milk tastes great. It's much lower in calories as well. Lots of benefits you don't get from regular milk.…
  • About 240-50 pounds. I'm 6'3, I wore that size in high school! NEVAR AGAIN.
  • I'm jumping on the bandwagon of people who haven't read the follow up posts and am just going to say, DO NOT HANG OUT AS FRIENDS. It's not healthy, and nothing good can come of it in the first few months of breaking up. It's very obvious from your post that you still have deep feelings for the guy, and from what you say he…
  • REALLY?? I had no idea, I thought that was all over the US. I like the Black and Tan Yuengling, not the original though.
  • Guinness Foreign Stout Brooklyn Brown Ale Hoegaarden Blue Moon (When the mood strikes!) 1884 New Belgium Black Ale
  • Oh my bad, the newer one of course! The original one sucked balls. At least for the time it was made.
  • BSG > Star Trek. Just sayin'!
  • Milk! I'm a huge milk addict. I switched over to almond because I just have to have a glass all the time. I can drink well over a half gallon a day if I don't control myself. I really enjoy the texture and taste.
  • I like the Chai Tea Latte/White Mocha and Caramel Machiatto (sp?). I don't go to often but those are the ones I pick when my friends drag me along. :) EDIT: I didn't know you were looking for the low calorie drinks. I don't choose healthy things when I go there since, as I said, I don't go often.
  • I am just getting to month 2 today. You'll love it! Don't expect a dramatic drop in weight in the first month, though. A lot of people, including myself, haven't lost any pounds. My clothes are fitting way better and I feel much healthier, so stick with it. Anyone is welcome to add me.
  • I'm on week 5 (recovery week) and still haven't seen a difference in the scale. No worries! My clothes are fitting much better. Don't worry about the actual weight on the scale, worry about how you feel and how your body is transforming.
  • 22! Though, I think 23 is a bit low if you're looking for support. It's only a 5 year difference, but you'll realise how short that is after you hit 21 haha. Feel free to add.
  • If merely punching and kicking can effect your hips and back I wouldn't suggest doing Insanity.
  • Bisexuality generally only means being sexually attracted to both males and females. Panssexuals are a lot more open, they also include trans-gendered or inter-sexed individuals. Well, they include everyone. Not just the boring "male and female" labels the majority of us give into.
  • Gay guy here! Add if you like.
