Thank you everyone for the great information! I am working tonight on doing a better figure of my BMR and TDEE, and going to work on increasing the calories without feeling guilty...and stepping up the workout intensity! I love these boards!!!!!

Wow, that was a great post. So I see now that it is getting your mind right, not your body, as far as how long my reset should last? This is very amazing stuff!

So glad I am here, so that I can get the right figures! I have never really cared about this stuff before, but now that I am over 40, I want to get SERIOUS!!!! BMR=1519 TDEE=2088 So please do let me know if I am not on the right track...I have done so much research tonight my brain is fried! :)
