This first month was definitely a struggle! But, instead of looking back at what I could/should have done, I'm going to look forward at the things I can and need to do. My goal for these next 30 days is to focus on healthier eating, my main goal being to cut out soda.

Week 2: Weekly loss: 2.8 pounds. Total loss: 6 pounds. Happy with my results so far and planning on keeping it up!
