  • Starting day two of my walking after major medical set backs including now being feed via a tube. Did 4300 steps at work and heading to the gym shortly for a 30 min walk.

  • Hello all! Last week I tried to start a small group of ladies that need to lose at least 50 lbs but no one was posting even though 8 people joined the group. I like to post daily mini challenges and check in daily about following plan, exercise, recipes etc.

  • I suffer with IBS and Crohn's disease and I find a few things help. Yes probiotics, cutting back on wheat products and dairy. Also smaller amounts of raw veggies.   • I find the best thing to do is go back to basics. Make sure you log every bit of food you put in your mouth. Plan in advance. Weigh things and measure. And drink water. I bet if you do all of this, it will help.
  • I always found that either popcorn low in caps or frozen grapes also low in cal would be something I would save cals for each night and it would either curb my sweet tooth or my salty cravings

  • Another tip.... You must eat all or almost all of your daily calories to lose weight. It's hard to believe but you do have to eat to lose weight
