I love chicken avocado and swiss wraps for work. Usually under 350 cals with some fruit

Frontline is about 1/3 cheaper at Costo/Sams. Costco also makes a store brand that works and is about 1/4 of the price. To the best of my knowledge, Heartguard only come from the Vet, but you can ask for the prescription and fill it at places like 1800 petmeds where its a lot cheaper.

2 items I always make: Tacos: Warm tortillas, fill with grilled sliced flank steam, grill red onion, cilantro and squeeze on some lime juice. Amazingly good and simple. Chicken and salsa in the Crockpot: I also add black beans, corn, cumin and cilantro. Serve with any of the following, cheese of choice, sour cream, green…

I usually get extra firm, slice it into nice rectangles and then salt/pepper them and fry in a pan with a little PAM. So good on their own or mixed into a stir fry, or in place of chicken in fried rice or a pasta dish.Tofu is also really good grilled. I have made kabobs with, teriyaki sauce, pineapple, red onion,…

1 banana sliced open to make a pocket, filled with 1 T of Peanut butter and sprinkld with dark chocolate chips. Then either melt in the microwave or wrap in foil and bake in the oven until the chocolate melts. SO GOOD! We make these in the campfire coals too.

I like to put mine in the crockpot with a can of 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup, some water, fresh mushrooms and a little garlic. Makes a delish chop plus a nice sauce for your noodles, potatoes or rice.

I use a Polar FT4 for lap swimming 5 times a week, and have for the past 4 months. No issues at all. Love it.

I like it with fruit ( here they sell cottage cheese doubles, already packages with fruit-peaches!) Also like it with dill pickles, and black pepper, and for a real treat sometimes diced salami in it too. I also use it in place of ricotta cheese in my lasagnas.

pizza...first bite was into an eyeglass screw. Not sure how that got there. They offered me free pizza, like I would be willing to try it again...

I do exactly that. Actually, I usually fill it out the night before so when I wake up I know what I am having for breakfast. I also find that it helps to keep me on track. I don't complete it until that evening just in case I change something, but that rarely happens. Nothing wrong with a little planning!

I generally gain a few days prior and lose mid way/end. I think it's fairly common :)

I love all video games-especially MMORPG. I've never had a cavity. I'm legally blind in my right eye.

I make "pizza" out of them sometimes- sauce, cheese, sausage (if you like it). Also chopped tomatoes with mint and feta is delicious.

As a swimmer (6 days a week 2 m. a day) who started at almost 300lbs, I can tell you that the first time or few times in the pool are daunting. The real thing to overcome is your perception of yourself. Really people are not watching and judging you. Most of them are there to have fun or exercise just like you. That being…

LOVE IT! It's my favorite food really. Eggplant parm, eggplant lasagna, eggplant boats( with mushrooms, cheese & breadcrumbs), roasted, baba ghanoush, in pasta, sauteed with onions and mint and added to quinoa with feta. I could go on and on!
