I'm 5'8.5". I have a larger frame-hourglass shaped and anything under 160 looks too thin on me. I'm aiming for 160-170lbs-size 8 jeans.

at about 20 lbs I started to notice. My face looked a little thinner and I could fit into a jean size smaller. Also my jacket zipped easily around me, where before I had to tug it together.

I LOVE Frozen Greek Yogurt Gelato made by Rickland Orchards. They have Vanilla Blueberry and Vanilla Raspberry flavors. Costco sells them in 8 packs. 150 cal for about 1 c. of gelato. So yummy!

This! Plus grocery shopping takes a lot longer now too. Though I don't know if it's really to his dismay, cause he likes my ever shrinking waitline and tighter behind ;)

I also have PCOS and have lost about 50 lbs so far ( in 5 months). I initially was taking metformin, but don't know if that helped. I have continued to lose weight even without taking metformin now. I am on the generic Yaz (gianvi) and eat btwn 1200-1400 cal/day, and exercise. No real restriction on carbs, but I do control…

My life is made up of these moments. From my little brother and his friends calling me "tugboat" and "earthquake" to a high school crush telling me "well at least you have a pretty face" to my ex husband calling me a fat ***** (hence ex), a young boy yelling "hey mom who's the fat lady" at a public pool and most recently…

This is the base recipe I started with. http://www.marthastewart.com/340261/roasted-garlic-hummus I don't always use the chives or lemon and cut back a little on the tahini. Good luck

I love peanut butter, this sounds yummy!

I love air popped popcorn with a little salt and lime zest; 1/2 cup no sugar added vanilla icecream with a tbsp of melted peanut butter drizzled over top (sometimes with shaved dark chocolate too) and homemade eggplant chips with homemade garlic hummus.

I never use cream in my butternut squash soup, but everyone thinks I do! Its just the squash cooked in Chicken broth, blended until smooth with onions, cumin, cinnamon, cayenne, salt, paprika, brown sugar and some yogurt butter ( about a tablespoon). I get rave reviews and requests for it all year long!

Avocado, steak and eggplant!
-
I use fat free cottage cheese to make the sauce creamier, and low fat cheeses with either whole wheat pasta or shirataki noodles. Add in cayenne or nutmeg for a nice kick. Its delicious!
