  • I had a sewage back up in my basement and it was really expensive and I had to get my finished basement completely redone. It's still in process. The money stress has me a huge mess and it seems to be how I am coping with it.
  • My jaw hurts really bad and gives me terrible migraines, but I feel like it stops me from eating and I'm not sure what else will. :/

  • Your score was 32 out of a possible 46. Scores in the 27 - 46 range indicate severe Binge eating behavior. Ugh.
  • I've always had a huge ribcage even when I was over 200lbs. My mom has a huge one too. I think some people's bodies are just made that way. It definitely grosses me out! And it makes me feel like I still look fat because it sticks out so far.
  • I've been trying to eat fruit to counteract my need for things like cookies. It seems to be working somewhat. I just wish that doctors knew what to do about this never feeling full thing. I just keep getting told it's a side effect of my dysautonomia. I try to eat something once an hour so that I don't have insulin surges…
  • Thanks for this! I am going to call my PCP and have an honest conversation with her about everything that is going on and bring this up.
  • I also agree with what aggelikik says. I have belly fat that refuses to go away even though I work out 5 days a week and my BMI is 19. It's never left me and when I'm bloated (which is almost always) it puffs out really huge and makes me look like I weigh a lot more in that area...well, at least to me.

  • Psoriasis would be so frustrating! I had a friend when I was a kid who had it and steroids seemed to work for her. They thought my face might clear up once I lost weight, but 70lbs later it's just gotten worse so the doctor was so confused.
  • It took me almost 8 weeks before I saw my first loss. I only did the calorie counting though at first because I wanted to see if my body would let me lose at all since I've always had problems. 2 years later and I'm down 70lbs. Your body may fight you, but at some point it gives in! I try not to go over my carbs that I'm…

  • I also only binge when I'm alone. When I'm with other people I barely eat because they all think I'm so put together and conscientious and that I never make mistakes when it comes to food. It makes me feel so pressured! I drink so much freaking water because they say that it's supposed to make you feel full, but it never…
  • I looked at lush before, but they all have "fragrance" in them and that makes me get hives all over my face. I have to use scent free, sensitive skin stuff for my shampoo, soap, and any facial cleaner. :(
  • Does it cause you rapid heart rate or anything like that? I know it's technically an ADHD med and those tend to make that happen. I want to look into it for mine, but since I have underlying tachycardia it makes me a little nervous! I love to see that it's working for you though!
  • I even paid $1200 for light therapy because they thought that might help. Nothing. I am so sensitive to certain ingredients in the creams and stuff that I think that's what messes me up. I can't use anything with sodium lauryl sulfate or menthol or propylene glycol or a million other things. We've done process of…
  • 1. Cake 2. This one is hard...I think chocolate as long as it's milk chocolate! 3. Pancakes
  • Is living in America why I am STARVING all the time?! That makes me sad. I need to move to Europe.
  • I luckily don't have cystic acne. It's a mix of acne, rosacea, and seborrheic dermatitis so nothing seems to work for it. My skin is ultra sensitive, so make ups and creams either make me break out more or they cause me to get bad rashes. I bought some Bare Minerals and as long as I don't use it near my eyes it seems to be…
  • I just weighed myself tonight and it was the first time in a few weeks. I weighed 144.0lbs and the last time I weighed myself on the 1st of the month I was 135. So I'm pretty devastated right now. I've been 3 days binge free so far and I'm hoping seeing that weight was a wake up call for me. I'm 5'9, so it's not like 144…
  • I drink about 2 gallons of water a day. I have for years. We aren't allowed to have e-cigarettes where I work. They're on the banned list with real cigarettes. I am always putting on Chapstick...I use a tube or two a week, lol. I'm making mysled super sick chewung the gum. It's giving me awful stomach cramps. I need to…

  • Definitely. I've gained 10lbs since Easter and if I didn't have work out days I'm sure it would be at least double that. It's always with sugary food or pizza.
  • Good job logging in every day! I'm on day 307 of my streak. The first 9 months I did this I didn't exercise at all because I had to wait for my cardiologist to clear me and have a ton of heart tests done and I lost 45lbs in that time. Then I added in exercise and lost another 35lbs. I didn't binge back then though...it…
  • As a child I mostly ate hard boiled eggs, pringles, cranberry juice, and chicken noodle soup. I have an eating disorder called ARFID (avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder) that used to be known as SED (selective eating disorder), so I only eat certain foods and have since I was taken off of the bottle. My binge foods…
  • I am so far 1 day binge free. I am trying a system where I pay myself $5 every day I don't binge instead of spending that money on a DQ Blizzard (which is always my starter food). I am trying to take back over my life. They think the hot flashes are from the amount of years I've been on birth control now because all my…
  • 1 day binge free so far.
  • I took Topamax for migraines. They nicknamed it "Dope-A-Max" for a reason! It works great if you can get through the fog.
  • I only log on my good days. I'm always too embarrassed to log on my bad ones and most of the time I don't even have any idea what the calories are because fresh stuff from bakeries never has it on their packaging. But, I'm sure it does help a lot of people. I have two modes...either I am super obsessive and log everything…
  • I binge because I cannot get the taste of the food out of my head. If I start thinking about my favorite pizza or candy or DQ blizzard or cookie then I suddenly need to have it in my mouth and I become obsessed. I'll go at 3am to get candy from the CVS. It's insanity.
  • They use Vyvanse now for binge eating and it works wonders!
  • If you want a meal replacement drink then I'd recommend something like Ensure since it has actual nutrition involved and it has many different choices based on need. Slim Fast is just sugar in a can.
  • I have for sure. But, I think mine is more from exercise than from my weight loss. I have POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome) which is a form of dysautonomia and before I was exercising regularly my resting heart rate was around 120. Now it stays between 70-80.
  • Feel free to add me! I am a daily logger! :)
