Woah one of the best transformations I've ever seen on MFP! You are amazing and look beautiful. Congrats :drinker:

I'm 5"6 and started at 252lbs and was a size 24 (UK) in bottoms/jeans and a size 22 (UK) in tops. Now, 95 days later, I'm 211lbs and a size 18-20 (UK) in bottoms and a size 16 (UK) in tops. Still have another 60lbs to lose but I can already fit into a lot of clothes that stop fitting me years ago, gotta love progress :-)

I started at 252lbs on June 18th (2012) and am now 211lbs (haven't updated my ticker yet with my last weight loss). So I've lost 41lbs in 96 days, just over 3 months, which is roughly 1 stone a month. My goal weight is 150lbs, so i have another 60lbs to lose. Hoping to get close to that by my birthday in 6 months. I'm…

When my gut sat right up next to my desk at work, and all i ever wore were huge hoodies to cover up all my fat. I felt horrible, I never wanted to go out and i just wanted to be invisible. One monday night at work, I looked at my stomach sitting flush to the desk, it was so big, and decided then and there that I was going…

I've just come back from holiday in Donegal and a few folks have asked to see some of my shots, I've only processed one so far, it's a place I found at a Folk Park, hidden away, unloved and broken down:

Started MFP 9 weeks ago and have lost 14lbs each month, I realise it will slow down, so I'm aiming for around 8lbs+ a month now.

In the morning, after a rest break, before breakfast and naked. I usually weigh myself two to three times to make sure the scale is accurate.
-
I usually aim for 400-500 6 days a week and do a mix of boxing, kettlebells, running, circuit training and walking. I find the variety every week means I never get bored and hopefully keeps my body guessing!

To me fit is about being a 'healthy weight' and size and being toned (no more flabby bits!), and have good endurance, I have an idea of how I want to look that's realistic and I'll hopefully get there within the next year. I'd also love to play a team sport, like I did in high school, like netball or rugby and be able to…

I'm currently 225 (started on 253) and I've been on MFP for 8 weeks now, and the first 6.5 weeks I lost 21lb eating 1200 calories a day, but then I started to plateau so I upped my calories to 1400 and since last week have now lost 6lb (haven't registered 2lb of that as it was a sneaky look yesterday before my weigh in on…

I so know how this feels! I only have one belt and for the past few weeks I've been making my own holes in it as the others make my jeans too loose, I'm going to get a new belt and new jeans today. Can't wait! Great work!

Shredded Wheat every morning, fills you up and with some skimmed milk has 10g of protein. Yum.

@DetriotDarin You have a lovely eye for composition, great detail and use of colour. The last pic - Swing Ride is gorgeous, what fantastic lighting!

Hi all :) I have 80lbs to lose (I'm currently 230lbs and have lost 21lbs), and I just did Week 2 Day Two. I just run up and down my drive, as I'm not ready to face the world yet. I usually run an extra 2 or 3 times after the allotted time to up my endurance for the next week, so far this has definitely helped.

Hey :) I just did WK2 Day Two, I'll be running again on Thursday. I'm happy to partner up.

I'm in, don't care about what House I'm in as I'm not a fan of Harry Potter, but this sounds like a great idea :-)

We've only recently become friends on MFP, as I just joined 6 weeks ago, however you are so kind and supportive, and your progress is inspirational!

A lovely MFP'er recommend MyProtein for shakes and I ordered 1KG of Cookies & Cream - Impact Whey and it is sweet but lovely. I started taking one a day (just to get my system used to it) but now take two. If you're in the UK I would definitely recommend myprotein.com :)

Yesterday I did circuit training for 60 minutes and burned 540 calories, today I've just walked for 25 minutes and burned 255 calories and I have another workout this evening, so will be over the 500. Will update tomorrow. Thanks for the challenge!

Jillian is amazing, I only just found out about her but now have two of her DVD's and seem to spend hours on Youtube watching old Biggest Loser episodes and anything she's been in. Love her kick *kitten* attitude, what I'd give to train with her for a few hours!

Hi! I walk for about 70 minutes and burn 500cals but the most effective workout I do every week is my Kettlebell class, I can burn up to 1100 cals in 60 minutes, it's intense but is such a great all body workout, I love it. I also do a Thump Boxing class and burn around 800 cals. If I had to pick only one exercise per week…

Amazing job, you are an inspiration and such a great support and kind person. Huge congratulations!

Adding oats and fruit sounds great, really like the idea of doing that on occasion to mix it up. Thanks!
