It's hard for me to believe either! They don't consider it to be a healthy weight until I'm in the 150 range. I come across a lot of people with the same measurements as me but they want to be 120 pounds! That would be losing some organs for me. lol

I eat the Special K protein cereal with unsweetened almond milk. My usual breakfast "go to" are Low Fat Ego waffles and turkey sausage. As many people have stated, it's all about moderation!

I'm cold ALL the time! Winter was almost unbearable for me because I was so cold. I guess having 92 extra pounds really makes you hot! Also, this isn't a bad thing but surprising...when people hug me they feel closer! It was weird trying to adapt to the closeness of a hug.

I did water aerobics all last summer, three days a week. In the two months that I did it, I lost over 20 pounds. It was a lot of fun and you didn't even know you were working out! I'm counting down the days when it starts back again.

I only use natures own sugar free and prepperage farms whole wheat soft bun. The bun has only 17 carbs and I eat sandwiches on it. I've recently been obsessed with flatbreads. You get a lot out of a 20 carb sheet.

Yes, low blood sugar is horrible. Look up some symptoms of hypoglycemia. I even have horrible mood swings! And it's totally normal, your body is adjusting to diet change.
