Depends on what Pacer you're using and if you updated it. My pacer does not provide for me the steps and calories. However, I use Runkeeper for that and a HRM. Whenever I post something on Runkeeper, it updates it automatically for me. MFP has NEVER been accurate for me with calories. That's why I got a HRM.

I agree with this statement. As a diabetic I can tell a huge difference between getting my sugar intake from a natural source compared to a processed source. For me, eating natural sugars gives me an equal sugar burn throughout the day. When I'm eating stuff that is processed, I can tell that my sugar spikes and crashes.

I think they are kind of gross until you microwave them for a few seconds. It completely changes the taste of them. They are a little pricey and I find them at a lot of stores. 7-11 and GNC have them for 2.99 each. Ordering them online in bulk is a lot cheaper. Also, the recipe to make them at home is really simple.
