I went from a 40D to a 34B...I don't miss them at all! I'd rather have small bitties than all the complications from being obese. Losing my boobs was one of the best things that ever happened!

I HAD PCOS in April of 2012. Over the last 16 months I lost 101 pounds with a low carb diet. Low carb / high protein is the only diet that will work with PCOS.

I follow the Insulin Resistance diet which is a low carb/fat/sugar diet to help with my PCOS and pre-diabetes. Really the book has taught me how to eat right and how to portion control my meat and carbs.

TODAY: I ran my 2nd 5k in my life. My first one I did it in 44 minutes, today I did it in 35! Not only that, but I was 3rd in my age division and got a medal. =) I haven't been training for 5ks in the last two weeks because I've had the flu. Today I went all out and look where it took me!
