I never gave up! If something wasn't working out, I changed it. I didn't beat myself up about it, I listened to my body. Low carb really helped for me too and it's a manageable change to continue forever. Really taught me how to portion control.

I finished week 4 over the weekend! Awesome awesome program and I cannot believe the difference it has made in my stamina and speed! I use the Zen Lab app along with Runkeeper and it's so much fun!

I went from a 40D to a 34C and it changed my life! Losing my boobs was one of the best parts of my weight loss. I am able to run, do jumping jacks and even wear better clothing. I don't know why anyone would want big boobs.

I've lost 101 pounds and have not experienced saggy skin. I'd rather have saggy skin then the health issues that come along with being obese. =/

I'm 5'7.5 and 155 pounds in a size 6. I would love to lose a few more pounds in my stomach but I really feel amazing at this weight! I do notice that a lot of size 6's don't fit me right because of my tall frame. Medium shirts don't hit me in the right places because I am so long in the torso. Don't even get me started…

I have a horrible sweet tooth! I too am diabetic and have found a few simple solutions to stop my sweet tooth. 1) I eat TONS of fruit. Cutting out my sugar has really gave me a low tolerance for sugar, so fruit is more than enough for me. Even if I eat a bag of oranges at a time. lol 2) Protein bars with chocolate chunks.…

I pull up my big girl panties and don't sweat it. Just start again tomorrow and I enjoy what I ate on my binge. No use feeling bad about it. I also make sure to drink lots of water and move a little more the day after.

The only benefit I get from my blog is: 1) I hold myself accountable 2) It's a place for me to post my recipes 3) It gives me something to do.... In all honesty, EVERYONE and their mama has a blog and weight loss blogs are always the same. I don't get any feed back from it and I get at least 100 hits a day. Unless you have…

Mine JUST happen a second ago. My work is famous for providing its staff with amazing lunch, dinner and snacks. I just got an email that said there were fresh baked cookies in the lounge and I wanted one SO bad. I started to remember that horrible feeling I get whenever I eat gluten. My side starts to hurt, my brain goes…

Unless you have a medical reason (diabetes, insulin resistance) I don't know why he would recommend not eating carbs. I am Insulin Resistance with PCOS and am on a low carb diet. Almost all of my carbs come from fruits and veggies, maybe he means processed carbs? Also, I stick to a strick 7 protein to 15 carb ratio that…

I actually read this on Facebook a few days ago. It's not his personal story.

I've ALWAYS been obsessed over fruit. If I'm not careful, I will allow myself to binge eat on an oranges and apples. I have a love/hate relationship with them because I am diabetic. Last year when I was teaching, I would go to the cafeteria and just buy one orange from the lunch line. EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. One day the lunch…

Two month old horse! That really puts it in perspective! Also: Twelve gallons of drinking water. A hellfire missle (or HAL-3). A large dog, like a Labrador. Three cinderblocks can be about 100 pounds. A typical semi-truck trailer tire.

At my heaviest I was 300 pounds. In April of 2012 I was 256 and REALLY sick. I went to the doctors and found out that I had PCOS and Insulin Resistance. During my weight loss I took 3 months at a time to maintain. Recently, I found out I had a gluten allergy. I spent 2 weeks in bed crying over the summer before my doctor…

Fall! PUMPKIN everything is the main reason. Something about the changing of the weather to cold really lifts my spirits. Also, Halloween is just an amazing time. Everything seems so alive before it dies in the winter.

THIS x2 Also, if it is natural sugars I wouldn't stress about it either. For some reason your body can process natural sugars better than the artificial stuff you find in junk good. Plus, MFP really sets the amount of sugar low.
