We either use whole wheat or bean pasta. Both are high in fiber and protein so it's not like you are eating straight up carbs

I eat all of the above. Just think of the quality of the carbs you are eating. Potatoes are great! Very healthy! Switch to whole wheat pastas and breads. Just dont eat refined carbs that will leave you starving an hour later :)

No supplements needed!!! Just eat healthy and the energy will follow, which will help you at the gym. 80% of weight loss is nutrition. So if you start there, then everything else will follow. Good luck!

No, I dont believe it is. There is such a thing as being too restrictive. And clean eating is one of them. You can make some awesome meals using fresh, unprepared items that are really healthy for you, but it is also ok and even recommended to indulge occasionally. I weigh once a day, mostly cause I tend to be super sensitive to sodium, and more than a certain amount can cause me to gain quite a few lbs. That way I know and can limit my sodium intake for a few days so it goes down. fluid retention is no fun, and i feel a ton better when i dont have it.

I just had a chicken (I keep precooked chicken breast in my fridge all the time) and light cheddar on saralee 45 calorie bread.
